Triple Cheese-Bacon Dip

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Daisy® Sour Cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan, divided
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika. Squeeze excess water from spinach. Add spinach, bacon, 1 cup parmesan and mozzarella to bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer mixture to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
