8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Daisy® Sour Cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
10 oz frozen spinach, defrosted
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan, divided
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a cast-iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. 
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika. Squeeze excess water from spinach. Add spinach, bacon, 1 cup parmesan and mozzarella to bowl. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Transfer mixture to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
